Papermarket Trip

Heads up: Bosses are away for 2 weeks and i cant wait for my long CNY break from 02 to 07 Feb! =)

On Saturday, i spent an approximate 2 hours in Papermarket sourcing for raw materials just to create something for Mr A's birthday.

I am a noob to scrap booking. Never done it, never try it, never seen it.  I just head into the shop hoping to become an expert but was overwhelmed by the amount of goodies. I went round the shop several times as i've no idea what i want to create.

Thus i ended up grabbing whatever i think is cute, pretty, girly and let my ideas developed along the way. And finally *snap* i wanted something related to his favourite activity - Scouts, but not missing out anything cute.

So i scrutinized every corner of the shop over & over again, picking things up and putting them back into the rack. And VOLA! i got whatever i needed:

Pink Alphabetical stickers with white polka-heart design! So Pretty! I spent a long time just looking at the available colour and font. Thinking and creating images in my head. This was the last pack and i'm glad i got it!

I was so glad the moment i saw this! It's such an amateur luck to find something related to my idea. And boy, the stickers are so kawaii i couldnt resist.

Another campfire stickers which i adore! This set of stickers is special cos it's made of cardboard so it pops up more as compared to the previous standard stickers. So glad i managed to find the last one in the sales bin just before i head over to the cashier. Almost cried out with joy!

Plus, paper base and other miscellaneous. *phew* It was fun but exhausted!

Anyway, this is how the back (incomplete) looks like. I shall keep the front a secret for now. =)

Hervelvetvase - Cropped Grain Jacket in Greige Blue (Sz M)
Love this chic-looking jacket! Material is pretty alright. Featuring zip underneath both wrists and slanted zip at bodice to create a chic motorcycle look. Best worn half zipped & sleeves been ruched up. Please note that the sleeves are not 3/4 as shown on HVV pictures. The sleeves are really huge for my bamboo arms. Overall still worth the price.

Love this, love this to the max! Material is luxe though on the thin side. Slightly padded on shoulder. Fit me perfectly for a UK8.

Heart this top in deep purple! Made of quality chiffon and featuring elastic hem. Love the halter neck design.

 I dont regret getting 3 jackets over a week. LB blazer is soft to the touch & lovely, look professional and chic or casual. Perfect with any style!
The floral playsuit is made of excellent material! Loves the fabric and prints! No issue with zip, comes with removeable straps & anti-slip. It's so pretty, i'm so happy!



MDS - Cowling Shoulder Top in Champagne, Hearts All Over Belt in Apricolt & Opal Stretch Bracelet
I now have all the colours for MDS cowling shoulder tops. I love the ruffles on the sleeves and how well it matches with every bottom. The belt is really pretty with heart shape loop holes.

Kristineyunny - Kimono Ruched Dress in Muted Rose (Sz S) SOLD
So glad i sold my black piece and got myself a nicer and sweeter colour. I also get a Sz S instead as my previous piece in Sz M was kinda loose. I love the soft rosy pink colour perfect for CNY and any occasion. V back is rather deep and you may adjust the ruches and its length. Click here to see my review for the black piece in Sz M.

Singapore Grand Prix Prize

Well, it's the F1 period again.

Nope, i am not interested in F1 but I am sure glad my company has made into the top 250 companies to submit F1 pass applications for entry into Esplanade. I must say, their photo criteria is very troublesome! But at least, all is over and done with. =)


I provided my esplanade colleagues' pictures in colour but why do they prefer B&W for identification purposes?

And with that, SGP sent an email quoting "We are pleased to inform you that Gramercy will receive our merchandise pack for being one of the top 250 companies to submit your Accreditation applications before the deadline of 20 Aug 2010."

Prizes include a dinner voucher for 2 at StraitsKitchen, Grand Hyatt Hotel and S$700 worth of Merchandises.



And thanx to my boss, he has given me the dinner voucher and i am definitely looking forward to a yummy buffet dinner with Mr Bf! ♥

oooh, this is lovely! It makes my waist looks so much smaller. And I look so classy in it! Length is perfect for work (standing at 166cm) and i love the exquisite lace details! Sleeves and even at the shoulder is stretchable due to elastic bands. Back is also stretchable but there's no side zip. Come with side pockets too. Excellent, Perfect fit for me. According to LB's FB, they have more colours coming up in their next collection! (=

Yes, i have one in indigo blue & i just heart the rosette, the cutting, the fitting and sexiness of this dress. Perfect for a romantic date out. Woolala!

I have this cardigan in Dusty Pink & i just simply love everything about it! I am nuts for cardigans so cant resist getting another one! One day i will show everyone my collection of cardigans!

My Birthday Weekend

Mr Bf stayed over at my place this weekend & has to rush down after work on 27 Aug just to spend the last hour of my bday with me.

He presented me with 3 beautifully blossomed pink roses & surprised me with a bracelet.





Fun filled Day No. 1: What i wore to run errands & dinner - HollyHoque BF shirt in white. Black shorts from Bugis Village. Paired with Pretty Fit black wedges & Balenciaga-inspired clutch.

 We had our dinner at Pot Art which I purchased the deal from deal.com.sg.



Please seriously do not try it! Everything sucks there from service to food. We waited for more than 30 mins for one dish to be served & it NEVER CAME. In fact, food were served so slowly!  And the crowd is NOT wow. Eat all you can buffet? More like "Wait all you can buffet". We weren't the only upset customers that night. Let me direct you to rajah inn at Tiong Bahru instead.

So after we walked out of the restaurant, Mr bf & I went over to Gramercy Music, one of my company's retail shops to wait for Mag & Lixia.







After they closed the shop, we had yummy desserts at MOF to wrap up the night and visited Fairmont Hotel before we headed home. =)











Fun Filled Day No. 2 was spent at Church with lots of good company & movie at Cathay with bf & sis. Happiness & Being Loved - Something that money can't buy!

What I wore today- BC Tiered Chiffon Top in Pop Pink & Puff sleeved jacket from TracyEinny.



And i ♥ lace-up wedges from shoes.com.sg which was imported from Korea. =)




I had a wonderful weekend with my loved ones and i hope you did too. =)

Runwaydiva- Ms Selfridge Inspired Romper in BLACK

I've a handful of rompers but i think this looks really nice. With the frills it makes it more feminine.
Material used is really good & comfortable. Definitely worth the amount paid! It comes with runwaydiva label. Initially i was afraid the button will be crooked when all are buttoned up, but it doesnt happen to me. I'm a Uk8/10 and there are still allowance at ptp, waist & hips. =)



Kristineyunny- Kristine's Ruches Lace Bustier in BLACK

Hell mad in love with this dress when i first saw the picture. Thanx Wanhui for sponsoring this dress as a bday gift.
I took Sz M for it & it's rather loose. It's not very body hugging for me & I couldnt adjust the length since it's loose. Padded at bust thus enhancing it. Fabric used is really soft & comfortable on skin. I love everything about this dress! =D xoxo to Kristine!

My never ending entertainment

Yet another awesome week:

- Met PL & Agnes to collect my baby blue clutch. They were all so friendly! And the clutch is ♥!
- Had dinner with my family, Mr Bf & Bro In Law @ Whampoa. Yummy food~
- Caught so much splendid movies on HBO on sunday evening! :)))
- Watched Inception on Sunday with my eldest sis! I love the movie! Damn fascinating & creative! And i think Cobb was still in a dream in the end.

Bought 2 vouchers to Pot Art at Esplanade. I think the concept is the same as Rajah Inn which is located at Tiong Bahru Plaza.Vouchers were sold at S$28.80 per person, usual price costs about $66. Can't wait to try it!




Catwalkclose - Floral Sweetheart Laced Back top (Red)
I love this but i dont know whether my ptp can fit. Since I have a rather huge collection of cardigans, i should make good use of it if my arm pit fats show.



Sigh, my closet is full. I can no longer place more clothes behind the master bedroom door .So i stack the remaining clothes on my arm chair and now, there are too much so i need to find a new place to stack my incoming BO clothes.. I need to stop. I have to stop!
