Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, Folks!

Too much feasting on Christmas but i really love the company of good old friends and loved ones.

First feasting started on Sunday, 23 December with my poly friends. Someone bought a humongous turkey that very faithful night.



And there was already alot of food.



After 2 hours in the oven, the turkey was ready! *Burp*



Ended our lovely night with log cake from Four Leaves and a pack of goodies! :)





The beginning of getting fat over the festive season. :(

On Christmas Eve my loved ones & I had our dinner at Coriander, East Coast Road. A restaurant set up by my bro-in-law & Mr A's ERA colleague.

This was the Christmas Menu and what we had.



Oooh, the whole family major love this Japanese Sparkling Sake. It's refreshing, light & sweet. Must Try!



Lobster Bisque. My favourite dish in the Christmas Menu.



A thick & creamy soup with lobster pieces. There's a really strong lobster after taste & it's really great!

Didn't take a picture of the Starter dish, Breaded Softshell Crab as I was too hungry!

My Main Course was Turkey Roulette Stuff with Wild Mushroom & Pistachio.



The texture was really dry & hard. Realised that it's the same as the turkey I had on Sunday night with my poly peeps. :( Wish they could provide us with more sauce.

Mr A's dish was Char-Grilled Tenderloin & Foie Gras with Red Wine Sauce.



And we ended our meal with a slice of log cake and Vanilla Ice Cream.



It wasn't a very filling & satisfying meal, so we went next store for Katong Laksa! Haha! YUMMY!

It's worth trying their usual menu dishes instead of this festive specials. So if you are thinking of heading down to Coriander, fret not, I believe you'll love it!

Attended  mass at The Holy Family Church with loved ones. How nice!

Christmas Day lunch was with my mum's church at Wan Fu Lou at Depot Road. There was about 50 over tables and it felt like I'm attending wedding. 8 course lunch & the food was AWESOME & each table cost only S$200. How affordable! Yet another day of feasting & gathering.

When scallop, cut out design meets with sweet pink girly sleeves, you get a really lovely top. White/Pink is my favourite!

Made of chiffon & is sheer. Wore it over a tube top for work & paired with LB Palladin pencil skirt; so loving the unique coral shade & Sz M fits me well. Perfect for work! :)

Review: FGR Flowy Printed Top

Not an ordinary plain chiffon top for casual wear. I adore the unique collar and flowy oversized top with muticolour leaves on a cream base. Makes this number a great summer wear!

Paired it with a bandage skirt for a dinner date or a bright colour hot pants for beach wear. I love this so much as it hides any unsightly bulges after a heavy meal & is a really versatile piece. Definitely one of the pieces which I'll wear it often!

Cousin Julia brought my family for Korean food last Wednesday.

She's mad about anything korean & she's one of the members for Bae Yong Joon's official fan club, which means sometimes she will fly to Korea just to support him!!

OKAY, back to the food.

Oh Neul Han Jeom, the Korean BBQ Restaurant that we went to & is located near to Amoy Street.

Compared to my previous korean dinner at Ju Shin Jung, I prefer the dishes at Oh Neul Han Jeom.




The good thing about Oh Neul Han Jeom is that they uses Infra Red ray heating unit which reduces the BBQ smoke smell in the restaurant & on the clothes. :) And of course it detects & maintains the temperature while BBQ-ing.



One of my favourite dishes that night - Budae Jjigae. It was highly recommended by the chef. Costs S$35 for such a big pot! The soup base has a milky, cheesey taste. Yummy!

Their Seafood Omelette Pancake isn't nice, I prefer the one at Ju Shin Jung.

Anyway, if you plan to order rice please make sure you finished them. Because one bowl of their (imported) rice costs S$1.50 before GST & Service Charge!! Like OMG?!?!

The bill for that night was close to S$200. It was worth the try....*burp*

Michelle Lace Top: I was the lucky winner for Michelle Lace top! Was really afraid that the fit will be too small for me, but surprisingly there's still allowance at ptp. I love the colour & the soft lace used for the top, but i don't like the padded bust. It looks weird. :(

Bella Top: You really have got to own one of the colours for this top. I have the instock for black & the material is good! The crochet design is thick & the spandex cotton is really very stretchable & not as tight as i thought it would be. Super Love!

Amber Avenue: Peplum Top (White) (Sz M)

Got this only at S$18 as I am one of the lucky winners to receive a S$10 voucher for this collection!Woohoo!

Thicker material as compared to CWC Peplum top. Material isn't stretchable and the only down side of this top is that it seems to flatten my boobs. :(

Have this in pink too. Really love the design & cutting (though material is thin) and I am so lucky to get the last piece. :)



TVD: Abstract Tulips Lantern Dress (Lavender) (Sz M)

Yina! You really did a great job! Super Love the prints & material! :) Sz S would have fit better as the ptp & waist area is loose for me. Overall, it's such a worth it & gorgeous number.

Is it just me or are the recent blogshops launches have really fantastic spring/summer stuff? I can't help it but to spend nearly a hundred each on my favourite blogshops. Damn! :( I think what I've earned daily has been spent on online shopping. Must control!!!

Saturday: Dinner with Mr A at P.S Cafe, Paragon Outlet. We thought that the outlet will have its own shop but was surprised to find out (after 15 mins searching high & low) that the cafe was shared and inside Project Shop. The "P.S Cafe" label can barely been seen.

Anyway, food sucks there (at least for that outlet)! Never tasted such a lousy western food in my life! Overpriced & bad. New Harbour Cafe & Bar is way better and cheaper. :)

After dinner was shopping time!!

Material is on the thinner side and Sz M is loose on me at PTP and not very hugging at the bottoms, which i am fine with it. Overall, it's a really decent work dress. ALT took a really long time to verify my payment though.

Really liked the floral ruffle tops so much that i've bought 2 different shades. Comes with side zip & inner lining. Worth the price!

Boho Dress: Cream is non sheer and material is really good. Loves the embroidery and sleeves! But i find it a little hot in it, can't help sweating. Overall, satisfied!

I have the classic wash & their other bustier tops. Really pretty to the max!! Since they have a restock, might as well just grab the washed denim.
